About "Expanded Summary of Bawa Quotations - by Lists"

The "Expanded Summary of Bawa Quotations - by Lists" is made up of several different lists of "Expanded Summary of Bawa Quotations", with the Bawa Quotations coming from the life and teaching of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), and with the Expanded Summary of Bawa Quotations - by Lists coming from His Children (may God be pleased with Him).  For example, from our dear brother Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler).

Each list of "Expanded Summary of Bawa Quotations" references a specific set of Bawa quotations that have been included in a Spiritual Letter or Spiritual Chat or some other such document that has been put together over the years by His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us).  For example, by our dear brother Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler), as he sat at the feet of His Holiness, studying the life and teaching of His Holiness in partnership with His Holiness. They represent "one of the ways" to harvest of the crop known as the Shaikh-Disciple Relationship between His Holiness and His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us).  Amen.

For example, Bawa Quotations - Expanded Summary - List 02 includes all of the Bawa quotations that are included in the beautiful Spiritual Letter 50, "And The Truth Will Set You Free" that was sent to Thomas L. Friedman, in September 2003, a Columnist for the New York Times, and Bawa Quotations - Expanded Summary - List 03 includes all of the Bawa quotations that are included in the beautiful Spiritual Chat 154, "If Two of You Come Together In My Name, I Will Be There", between our dear brothers Muhammad Muhaiyadeen and Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler), and Spiritual Letter 58, "Discovering The Fault Within Our Faults", to Muhammad Muhaiyaddeen from Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler) that was sent also in July, 2004. that was sent to President George W. Bush, in December 2003.

In this way, each list of  "Expanded Summaries of Bawa Quotations " provides another way of reading each of these "Spiritual Letters", as each of these "Spiritual Letters" provides another way of looking at the "Bawa Quotations" included in the Summaries as well as in the lists.

In addition, a companion on-line document, "Summary of Bawa Quotations - by Lists" provides a Summary of "all" of the Topcs in a list of Bawa quotations while this "Expanded Summary of Bawa Quotations - by Lists" provides an Expanded Summary for "some" of the Topics in the same list of Bawa quotation.

And for a selected set of these Topics we also provide this same Expanded Summary information unbundled from the Home Page and unbundled from any List that includes them, that is, the Topic has an expanded summary that you can directly access using a separate URL or Web Address.  For example, Topic 01 in List 02 of Bawa quotations has an Expanded Summary which you can access directly, without having to first go to its Home Page for  "Expanded Summary of Bawa Quotations - by Lists", and without having to first go to the List, which is "Bawa Quotation - Expanded Summary - List 02", that includes it as one of its Topics.

For example, click HERE to directly access the Expanded Summary for Topic 01, that is part of "Bawa Quotations - Expanded Summary - List 02", if you like, without having to first go to List 02.  Then repeatedly click on the "Back" button at the top of your Web Browser to automatically return to this point in this document.  Navigation using the Web Browser and the "Back" button really works this way, and it is a lot of fun.  Try it.

Also, if one wishes to review these Bawa Quotations without reference to the Summaries provided by His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us), for example, by our dear brother Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler), and without reference to the Spiritual Letters, also provided by His Children, for example, by our dear brother Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler), we have provided a "List of Bawa Quotations" which provide only the text of the Bawa quotations, with nothing else added to them by any of His Children.

In this way, we can reference each set of Bawa Quotations in the following four ways, giving us multiple ways of looking at the same thing, at the One thing for our age, which is the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen ( may God be pleased with Him), which is like looking at a gem through its many facets, but always keeping in mind as we do this work, always realizing as we look at each facet of this gem, as we read each set of Bawa quotations and the summaries of them written by some of His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us), that we can only truly see the gem after we have become One with it, after we have removed our "separation from" the gem, from the life and teaching of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), and from His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us):

          1.  As a List of Bawa Quotations - which includes only the "text" of the Bawa
quotations, as provided by Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with
Him).  For example, click HERE to go to the Home Page to access the
                    current Lists of Bawa Quotations.
          2.  As a Summary or an Expanded Summary of Bawa Quotations - by List
                    - which includes the "text" of a set of Bawa Quotations, as well as either a
Summary or an Expanded Summary of these Bawa quotations as provided
by one of the Children of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with
each of Us).  For example, by our dear brother Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie
Beutler). Click HERE to go to the Home Page for the Summary of Bawa
Quotations - by Lists, and click HERE to go to the Home Page for the
Expanded Summary of Bawa Quotations - by Lists.
          3. As an Expanded Summary of Bawa Quotations - by Topic - which we
can directly access by Topic, from any place, like from a Spiritual Letter,
that references that Topic or the Bawa quotation or quotations that are
related to that Topic. For example, click HERE to access an Expanded
Summary of Topic 01, which has the title: "The True Nature of God Within
Us - is Oneness", which is the first Topic in Bawa Quotations - List 02.
          4.  As a Spiritual Letter or Spiritual Chat or Some other Document - that
references a set of Bawa Quotations, both a List and a Summary of Bawa
Quotations, in the context of the document.  For example, click HERE to go
to Spiritual Letter 50, that references the set of Bawa Quotations included in
                    the following on-line documents:

                              1)  Bawa Quotations - List 02
                              2)  Bawa Quotations - Summary - List 02
                              3)  Bawa Quotations - Expanded Summary - List 02

(Note: the above rule applies to all "Lists of Bawa Quotations" and all "Summaries of Bawa Quotations" except for Bawa Quotations - List 01, which was developed before we started the "Summary of Bawa Quotations" and started connecting them to a Spiritual Letter or Spiritual Chat or some other document.  Therefore, there is currently no Bawa Quotations - Summary - List 01, or Expanded Summary, until we do a Summary of the current set of Bawa Quotations in Bawa Quotations - List 01, or build a Spiritual Letter or Spiritual Chat around them)

Also, we have provided a complete reference for each quotation, whenever possible, at the bottom of each quotation.  Also, in some cases, we have provided a pointer to the source document for the quotation (e.g., "Pearl of Wisdom or Guru Mani: Forward"), also at the bottom of the quotation.  Just click on the pointer to go directly to the source document, and use the "Back" button to return to the list or summary of quotations, or to the document you are reading, like a Spiritual Letter.

We are able to do this when we have the source document for the quotation in the "Bawa Muhaiyaddeen On-line Library".  As we get more source documents on-line we will add similar pointers to them from the quotations.

However, in many cases the quotation comes from a personal experience with His Holiness, as part of the Shaikh-Disciple Relationship, and no reference is available except the life of the disciple.

My love you (anbu) - Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler)
